Display and trader slots for the 2026 show are open
Apply to display a car or a bike, or to run a trader stand, at the first edition of Ghost Motorfest. Slots are capped and allocated by the panel.
Applications to display at Ghost Motorfest 2026 are open. Car owners, bike owners, traders and media can all apply through the exhibitor application, which asks a different set of questions depending on what you are bringing.
Display and trader slots are capped, and selection is by the panel rather than first-come — so tell us what you would bring and we will reply within five working days.
- Cars — display a car in one of four themed halls.
- Motorcycles — the bike display runs across the whole site.
- Traders — food, drink, merchandise and services, with power included.
- Media — accreditation for photographers and press covering the show.
Every booked car or protected position comes with two tickets, and a bike entry comes with one plus the option of a single extra for a pillion. Booked slots include a place in the venue’s underground parking for the vehicle that brought the display in.
