Exhibit a car, or take a stand
Display rates are per vehicle and trader rates are per stand. Slots are capped and allocated by the panel, not first-come — tell us what you would bring and we reply within 5 working days.

Display vehicles come in through the roller shutters — 3 000 mm wide at Hall 2 and 2 440 mm at Hall 1 — and every bay is on the show floor itself, not in a side room.
Partner and club stands are placed on the walkway between bands, never inside a themed row — so a stand never costs the show a display bay.
Trader stands have power included in the rate, taken from the venue. Generators are not permitted anywhere on site, by anyone, so bring nothing that depends on one.
Every booked exhibitor slot includes 1 place in the venue's underground parking, free of charge, for the vehicle that brought the car, the bike or the stand in — the tow car or the van. Up to 2 further places in the same garage are available at R40 each.

Exhibitor and trader application
The application asks for different things depending on what you are booking — a car, a bike, a food stand or a trader stand — so you only ever answer what applies to you. It takes about 5 minutes.
- 1 application per vehicle or stand.
- Photos of the vehicle, if you are entering one.
- Your cellphone number, verified by a code we text you.
Applications are not binding until the panel accepts and the slot is paid for. We only use your details to assess your entry and to contact you about the show, under the privacy policy. Applications and slots are governed by the exhibitor and trader terms.

How do I enter a car?
Use the exhibitor application on the exhibit page — it is in the menu at the top of every page. Cars are R350, bikes R250, and protected cars R550. Slots are limited — 50 cars, 20 bikes and 12 protected positions — and selection is by the panel, not first-come.
Will my car fit through the vehicle entrance?
Cars come in through a roller shutter: 3 000 mm wide × 2 730 mm high at Hall 2, and 2 440 × 2 730 mm at Hall 1. Width includes your mirrors — measure before you commit, and tell us if you need the wider door.
Can I run a generator at my stand?
No. Generators are not permitted anywhere on site, by anyone — exhibitors and traders included. Every trader stand has power included in the rate and takes it from the venue.
Where do I park as an exhibitor?
